The challenge
Incoming orders need to reach the kitchen clearly and be coordinated with service, without paper tickets and verbal hand-offs.
The solution
A Kitchen Display System that connects the customer, order, payment, kitchen and service into one flow.
The experience
Orders appear for the kitchen to manage; the front of house and kitchen stay coordinated, and self-service ordering can feed the same flow.
